OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19

To our valued customers,

We want to let you know we’re thinking about all of you—our people, our customers, and our community—as we work through the impact of the coronavirus. Our hearts go out to the families that have lost loved ones during this difficult time.

At Rare Earth, the health and wellness of our community is a top priority, and we have taken strict, precautionary measures in response to this developing public health situation. As a small online business, we have the flexibility to continue our work independently of each other while following the State of California and CDC guidelines.  We will do everything we can to continue our operations with minimal or no interruption.

Placing New Orders

Shop with confidence. We are not dependent on other countries for raw materials and custom make everything in house, so we do not anticipate any increased delays with turn-around of new orders at this time. 

Existing Order Status Updates

We are not experiencing any delays in production as a result of COVID-19 currently. Should this change, we will inform each customer immediately and will update this page.
