30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We care about your satisfaction and stand behind every piece. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us via email at mail@rareearthjewelry.com for approval to process a return.  Please note: All jewelry items must be returned in new and unused condition with all paperwork in order to be eligible for refund or exchange. Custom orders are nonrefundable.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

All of our jewelry is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is made in the USA.  We stand behind every item and warrant that all pieces will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.  Our lifetime warranty includes free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating, and cleaning services. 

In the event there is ever a problem with your jewelry, we'd be happy to help. Any modification or alteration by another jeweler will void our warranty, so please contact us prior to any repairs.
  If you need other services that are not covered under our lifetime warranty, your jewelry can be sent to us for evaluation.  Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to service your jewelry.

1 YEAR FREE RESIZING

We will resize your ring once for free within the first year of your purchase.  Customer to pay return shipping charges. In the event your ring cannot be resized and needs to be remanufactured, no sizing or remanufacturing fee will be applied as long as it's returned within our 30 day return policy.  If it is beyond our 30 day return policy and during our 1 year free resizing window, a fee will apply if your ring must be remanufactured.
