- Redemption: Gift certificates are redeemable only at rareearthjewelry.com and can be applied toward any product or custom order.
- For International Customers: Gift card values are issued in U.S. Dollars, but will automatically convert to your local currency at checkout based on the current exchange rate.
- Non-Refundable: Gift certificates are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- No Expiration: Gift certificates do not expire and can be used at any time.
- Lost or Stolen: A lost or stolen certificate can be replaced with proof of purchase.
- Balance: Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
It's easy to use a gift card to pay for a purchase. Here's how it works:
- Add Items to Cart: Add the product you want to purchase to the cart as usual.
- Proceed to Checkout: Once you are ready to complete the purchase, proceed to the checkout page.
- Enter Gift Card Code: On the checkout page, there is a field labeled "Gift card or discount code." Enter the unique gift card code you received via email.
- Apply Gift Card: After entering the gift card code, click "Apply." The total order amount will adjust to reflect the gift card's value.
- Complete the Purchase: Once the gift card is applied, and the total is adjusted, the you can complete the purchase.
